Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Saners One

Saners One is the player account platform for Saners Studio. This policy describes the information handled by the current version of the service.

The legal name and contact details of the person or organization responsible for the service have not been confirmed for publication. They need to be added before this policy is treated as final.

2. Information handled

When you sign in with Discord, Supabase Auth processes the account information Discord provides, which may include a provider account identifier, username, display name, profile image, and email address when available. Saners One uses account information to sign you in and set up your profile. The public profile interface does not display your email address.

Your Saners One profile can contain a username, display name, tagline, biography, avatar image, account creation date, and setup status. The profile setup flow can upload an avatar to Supabase Storage.

The website also receives technical information needed to deliver pages and authenticate requests. Vercel hosts the website, and Supabase provides authentication, database, and avatar storage services; their systems may process technical data as part of those services.

3. How information is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, create and display your profile, operate the current platform features, maintain service security, and troubleshoot errors. Saners One's current homepage also counts profile records to show the number of registered accounts.

The site code reviewed for this policy does not include an analytics or advertising integration. This may change if the service adds such tools, in which case this policy should be updated.

4. Authentication and browser storage

Discord is the sign-in provider currently enabled in the website interface. Google Sign-In is not currently offered by the code reviewed for this policy.

The Supabase browser client maintains your sign-in session in browser storage and uses the PKCE authentication flow. This site does not currently show a cookie consent interface. Your browser's settings let you clear stored site data, which will sign you out.

5. Public profiles

When you complete profile setup, your username, display name, avatar, and account join month can appear on public profile pages. If you add a tagline or biography, those can also be shown publicly. Your avatar is served from a public Supabase Storage URL.

Choose profile details with care. Do not put sensitive information in fields intended for public display.

6. Service providers

Saners One relies on Discord for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database and avatar storage, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Google is not an active sign-in provider in the current website code.

7. Retention and account requests

The project does not currently document a fixed retention schedule. Account and profile information may remain while an account is active and for as long as needed to operate, secure, or meet legal obligations for the service. Provider systems may retain information under their own policies.

There is no self-service account deletion control in the current interface. The operator should provide a working contact route for access, correction, or deletion requests. That contact route has not yet been confirmed for this page, so the request process needs to be completed before publication is considered final.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to some processing, and complain to a data protection authority. If processing relies on consent, you may be able to withdraw it.

To exercise a right, you need a confirmed contact route for the service operator. That detail is still to be supplied. You can also contact your local data protection authority for information about your rights.

9. Security

Saners One uses Supabase and Vercel infrastructure and takes reasonable steps through those services and the application to protect information. No online service can guarantee that information will always be secure.

10. Changes and contact

This policy may change as Saners One adds features or changes its providers. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

The service operator's legal name and a direct contact method for privacy questions and data requests must be added here. No contact address is stated because one could not be verified from the project files reviewed.
