SERVICE RULES

Terms of Service

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms explain the basic rules for using Saners One. They describe the account and profile features in the current site. Operator and legal details still need confirmation before these terms are final.

1. About these terms

These terms describe use of Saners One, the player account and profile platform for Saners Studio. They reflect the features present in the current website implementation and should be reviewed as the service changes.

The legal name and contact details of the service operator have not been confirmed for publication. Add those details before treating these terms as final.

2. Your account

The current site lets you sign in with Discord and create a Saners One profile. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your Discord account secure. Provide profile information you are entitled to use and keep it reasonably accurate.

If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, secure your Discord account and contact the Saners One operator using the contact details that will be added to this page.

3. Profiles and your content

You choose the profile information you submit, such as your display name, username, avatar, tagline, and biography. Profile details may be visible to other visitors, so do not include information you want to keep private.

You remain responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to use it. You allow Saners One to store, display, and resize that content as needed to operate the profile features you use. This permission is limited to running and maintaining the service.

4. Using the service responsibly

Do not use Saners One to break the law, impersonate another person, publish content that violates another person's rights, abuse or threaten others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.

Do not use the service in a way that could compromise its security, availability, or other users' accounts. You are responsible for making sure your use follows the laws that apply to you.

5. Service availability and providers

Saners One may change as features are added, updated, or removed. The service depends on third-party providers, including Discord for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, database and avatar storage, and Vercel for hosting. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability.

The project does not promise uninterrupted access. If a feature is temporarily unavailable, try again later or contact the operator once contact details are published.

6. Account access and ending use

You can stop using Saners One at any time. The current interface does not provide a self-service account deletion control. A working operator contact and account request process must be added so users can ask for help with their accounts.

The operator may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service or its users, address a serious breach of these terms, or comply with law. Any such action remains subject to rights and procedures required by applicable law.

7. Responsibility and legal rights

Saners One is provided subject to the requirements of applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.

The operator should add any legally valid responsibility and liability terms after confirming the operator's location and the laws that apply. No governing law or liability limit is stated here because those details have not been confirmed.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when the service or its features change. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.

Before final publication, the operator should confirm its legal name, contact method, governing law, and minimum age requirements. Contact details for questions or account requests also need to be supplied.
